Terence Frederick "Terry" Venables (6 January 1943 – 25 November 2023) was an English football player and manager. He played for various clubs, including Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Queens Park Rangers, and gained two caps for England. He is best known for his managerial career, which included spells at Crystal Palace, Queens Park Rangers, Barcelona, Tottenham Hotspur, the England national team, Portsmouth and Crystal Palace again.
