Leptitox longevity before I go to work Jessica will have her breakfast at work as you saw in the previous video and then for dinner we'll get home both of us I'll wait til she gets home I get home a little bit before her and then we have dinner around 7:30 8 o'clock depending on how hour late and then after that we generally don't eat anything we try to avoid snacking and and all that but very very rarely you know I'll get hungry again maybe much later on like 11 o'clock or so and I might eat something just to sort of settle my stomach but it's like a banana or something like that I don't go like full crazy on snacks but yeah we we try to to separate the amount of time between our meals you know and from sleeping so that way we can kind of maximize our bodies like rest period so going on with that the next question was actually have we
