slimymed to add the only thing I was thinking of it somebody's watching this on youtube and it you know five days past the show and or you know it's in a year from now you're in 2021 and you just found this but when so I just wanted to make sure it was in context if someone watch this from like in two years or something but there's all sorts of resources out there and I'll just back up there I mean you someone was telling me yesterday well I'm gonna start I'm gonna just eat one meal a day I'm gonna do this and I was like oh I was like do you want to be overweight like you know what I mean like oh I'm just gonna eat this I'm just gonna eat carrots I'm just gonna in my mind I was like they have no idea they've just made themselves overweight and I was like so I was begging them like you you have to you have to try it weigh down you have to let go of control you have to go to God in it's a hunger and fullness and let's just do a class and I can tell you you know and I always say this but it's the only thing on the planet that works it's the only thing that makes sense when you start doing it it's the only thing I mean I if there's something else out there
