the only thing I have before I go to bed those are the five or six meals that I'll have each day and again I'm staying within occurr a certain restriction of calories that I have each day also I will mention I do almond milk and a little bit of vanilla extract and you blend that together in the Vitamix and you have the best tasting ice cream that's hardly any calories very low sugar loaf no fat whatsoever and it tastes really really amazing and will satisfy that craving so that's what I love having my Vitamix for also sometimes make a smoothie to like as more as that post work out so again post-workout you want your protein and your simple sugars so I'll take maybe a banana or I like to freeze my bananas also some frozen berries and a scoop of p slim pro patch rotein I'll blend it up in my Vitamix and drink a smoothie out of it let me thank guys is there anything else that I eat once the wall make like a chicken Sam salad you know just chicken brats with vegetables but it's usually the same meals and it's the meals that I know exactly what the nutritional value of everything is there's no guesswork I just know exactly what I'm eating what the nutritional value is I track everything an Excel spreadsheet so I know that I'm meeting my requirements for the day to lose body fat so making sure you're tracking things everything is great if you have the goal of weight loss it's really important but I understand everyone here might have a different goal you might want to put on muscle you might want to lose fat you might just want to be healthy and have more energy you might not even care about Fitness whatsoever but this is just what I do and what works for
