A six pack of beer a night can pack on 2 extra pounds a week for example. Light beer isn't much better, so don't think because it's light it's very light on calories.

When it comes to weight issues, there are probably very few people in the world that do not consider this a sensitive subject for them. No matter how brave a front a person puts on, they know that their out-of-shape bodies are a ticking time bomb. The problem is that some people either do not know how to make the necessary changes, or they are just simply afraid of failure which is why they do not try at all. The reasons people have trouble with weight loss issues varies from person to person, but they are all fighting the same battle.
