Dont forgetting that these scientists make their living, a very good living from pushing human generated climate change. The planets climate has changed many times over the last 100,000 years and will continue to change. The scientists now make a good living out of it.
Phil Dodds that is probably the most unintelligent statement I've ever read. Scientists are exactly that, scientists. They are not politicians, CEOs, etc. They got into a career spent their whole life devoted to finding answers and learning. They care about the truth not politics.

On the contrary, Mike. We can most definitely change things. Climate will change, as it has over millennia, but humans have created problems which only humans can mend. Burning fossil fuels, creating pollution to the point that some cities are totally covered, has to stop. And that's the responsibility of we humans.

It is a proven fact that there is more carbon in our atmosphere (air) now than there ever has been since the mid 1800’s.
It is also a proven fact that carbon is emitted into the air by vehicles, coal, and burning other fossil fuels like oil and natural gas.
The third fact to know is that when there is more carbon in the atmosphere, heat gets trapped in this air. This is how our climate and oceans are heating up.

Why don’t other counties like India and China and USA start making a change . If they made more electric cars that go further which are affordable I’d buy one but they are far beyond what We can afford . I’m doing my bit but minority won’t help climate change.
Please tell this to our President and his minions. He doesn't believe in climate change and has no truck w/ science period. Only if there's money in it for him and his pals.
Maybe we should look after the only rock hurtling through space that we can currently live on..... just a thought.
Maybe we should stop paving over habitats & creating massive parking lots that function as hotplates? Start ripping the parking lots up, planting parks, and designing eco-friendly parking decks.
Top and wall the decks with solar & wind -power generators. Place these eco-friendly decks all over & connect them to public transit in cities.

What they aren't saying is that if climate change is down to us, then it is the symptom of a bigger problem, which is overpopulation, and population growth is rising dramatically around the world.
The solutions are out there, they have been for a very long time but nothing will happen until they find a way of profiting from it. At some point they will realise that all the money in the world won't enable you to breathe polluted air.
Limiting the warming bellow 1.5C is absolutely not possible. It would require to stop almost all emissions right now. That would technically puts us back to the Medieval. So no this is not happening. Rather get ready for global warming and find the ways to sustain live in the changing environment. Stop growing human population should be number one step...
Well, too much CO2 in the air? We are talking about removal, and yet nobody is talking about how to get the under-developed or developing countries to keep their trees. The amount of forest burnt and chopped down each year is unfathomable, because they too are looking for something that will pay them. Natural forests do not. If you are serious about changing climate, create a system to pay these countries for keeping their trees, it has more impact than merely talking about cutting emissions. But, of course this conversation will go nowhere, coz it doesn't pay the elites in anyway.
