ECF-E advanced continuous foaming machine equipped 3 components digital flow monitor and auto control system, it monitors and auto control water , MC and TDI flow rates .Because of pressure change or other reason make flow change during production and start production, the digital flow monitor and auto control system stabilize pump flow within 2 secs as set value. Especially when production starting process, due to pipe pressure substantial increase, make TDI, water and MC flow rates quickly drop down, ECF-S continuous foaming machine need operator watch glass tube flowmeter and adjust each pump speed manually to maintain flow rates as set value.
